Premio Canon - Canon Prize
A selection of 20 pictures of the Canon Prize 2001 on show to promote and to bring out young authors. The photographic Canon Prize, which is now at its 4th edition, has increasingly become a datum point for the Italian Photography opening new ways and occasions to digital culture.

BIBBIENA PRIZE: selection to participate to the exhibition for the publication of a portfolio on the magazine “Il Fotoamatore” and to participate to the selection Bibbiena Prize

TOSCANA PHOTO FESTIVAL: Selection of authors for photographic exhibitions that will be organized at the Toscana Photo Festival

This initiative has been conceived to remember the extraordinary figure of the photographer Marco Pesaresi. The grants, of € 2.500 each, will be assigned to two Italian reporters not over 40 years of age.
In order to participate to the selection the works (maximum 20 pictures not bigger than cm 30 x 40) have to be handed before 12 a.m. of Sunday 15th September at the “Festivalfoto Portfolio in Piazza” secretariat or sent/handed previously to the city library called Centro Culturale di Palazzo Vendemini, Corso Vendemini 67 – 47039 Savignano sul Rubicone (FC).

The workshop wants to be a lesson on how to narrate the story of a town through its characters, its life (therefore no architecture, no easels ….), its activities, if there are some specific of them. It can also be a reportage of all these aspects seen through the eyes of those who live and work in the town (a postman, a medical officer, a farmer ….)
September 13th-14th-15th: If you are interested in the participation, bring your portfolio to Palazzo Vendemini on Friday September 13th at 3 p.m.. Cost: Euro 100 (development of materials inclusive)
