Embrace the fragilty curated by Francesca Baboni, Stefano Taddei
We are all fragile beings, lost in the dynamics of existence which do not follow any path stable. Therefore it becomes very difficult to give a strong sense of living in a topical increasingly disrupted. All that remains is to take note of contingency and modular researches that they can extricate and emerge in the impervious collectivity. Invited artists present video installations related to the concept of fragility, developed in different ways, in reference to the human person, the psyche or the peopled context. Blurred boundaries, on the verge of breaking. The fragility is seen in its various meanings, one of disturbing element in a state of apparent calm, or an identity that falls apart to preserve its beauty, or even a situation made up of silent gestures and suspended atmospheres, as well as vehicle request for asking for forgiveness, or defined by a now demolished habitats built without (aest)ethic attention. Another presence akin to precariousness is the water, understood in a metaphorical sense and substance, with a meaning very disturbing. In the suggested situations, that substance becomes depending on the number of cases a danger from which escape, a threat of misfortune or sometimes it goes to represent an inconvenient state social well defined.
